The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, demonstrating measurable results, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to support business development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales and Business Development Identify, prospect, and convert new clients within the construction and technical services sector. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business. Assist in presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with attention to profitability. Track client satisfaction and follow up to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Marketing and Promotional Activities Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and on-site promotional strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media content). 3. Reporting and Performance Tracking Maintain accurate sales and marketing records, including CRM entries, sales pipelines, and client communications. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing quantitative data such as revenue growth percentages and client acquisition metrics. Assist management in developing strategies to increase market share and customer retention. REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field. Min. 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a service provider industry. Demonstrated record of measurable results: percentage growth in sales, revenue gains, or successful campaign outcomes. Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). Technical Skills Strong B2B and B2C sales and marketing skills, including prospecting, client acquisition, and negotiation. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
