JOB ADVERT : OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Bac+4/5 in logistics DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years minimum MISSIONS Main mission: Coordinate and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods. NATURE OF THE POSITION Hierarchical reporting: GENERAL MANAGEMENT Place of practice: DOUALA SKILLS/KNOW-HOW Propose to stakeholders the most suitable transport solutions (air, sea, road); Manage administrative constraints, particularly customs; Manage warehouse teams (schedules); Select, negotiate and monitor contracts with carriers and other logistics providers; Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement actions; Supervise the handling, order preparation and transport teams.
