Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to achieve company objectives. Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations. Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Cash Flow Management: Manage and optimize cash flow to support daily operations and strategic initiatives. Implement effective cash management policies and procedures. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them. Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the business. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Coordinate with external tax advisors for accurate and timely tax filings. Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
