PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting firm. Proven experience working on diverse projects and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and criticalthinking skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support the needs of a growing organization. Proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools and methodologies.
