JOB ADVERT AURE RH Recruitment Services Sarl, a Member of the AREKO GROUP, is looking to recruit a JCB Operator for a construction company. Job title: JCB Operator (French and English speaking). RESPONSABILITIES : Operate backhoe loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth and other materials; Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety; Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently and accurately; Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to coordinate activities on-site; Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies; Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites as needed; Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or safety. PROFILE : High school diploma or equivalent; Valid driver's license; CDL preferred; Proven experience operating backhoe loaders or similar heavy machinery; Knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols; Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) as needed; Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods; Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
