OPPORTUNITY Overview We are looking for a Pedagogic Inspector to manage a Language Center in Douala specialized in International Language examinations. The Pedagogic inspector must be able to identify and analyze the problems faced by teachers and the establishment within their jurisdiction, propose solutions and table them to hierarchy. Responsibilities Management of Pedagogy and Human Resources Recruitment, registration and student management Course management and schedules trainers Online course management and e-learning platforms Motivation of teams, management of discipline and absences Management of staff and external trainers Keeping of text books, program coverage, student evaluation etc. Management training expenses and other current expenses Follow student progress and report to the hierarchy Management of student assessments and exams.
